A workaround is in place now and an upload to the OBS Kernel:* projects is in progress. A fix for the copy of the bs-upload-kernel script (used by osc_wrapper) is in the scripts branch of kernel-source.git. I merged it to the master, stable and SLE12-SP2 branches. Maintainers of the remaining branches, please do 'git merge scripts' to fix osc_wrapper.
Merged to openSUSE-42.2 (actually via SLE12-SP2) and openSUSE-42.1 branches.
Thanks. I should note that the KOTD is fixed for all branches already. The fix in the kernel-source repository is only needed so that calling scripts/osc_wrapper manually works.
