So do I buy hardware in consequence. I will wait a week, due to glibc upgrade I guess other part of TW will be rebuild, then upgraded and see if next kernel will be better. Maybe nvidia blob will be upgraded also. I also have another computer with nvidia drivers and kernel 5.10.16 (I've locked firmware as I was thinking it was the root cause) and it works, with a amd cpu.
