OK, suppose that 5.19 kernel already fixed the issue, let's try to narrow down. You can find older kernels in my OBS home:tiwai:kernel:5.15, home:tiwai:kernel:5.16, home:tiwai:kernel:5.17 and home:tiwai:kernel:5.18 repos. Please check each kernel (or try a la bisect) to figure out which one started working and which shows breakage.
None of those four kernels are installable for me: # zypper in --oldpackage kernel-default-5.16.16-1.1.gcdbc159 Loading repository data... Reading installed packages...
