Similar to bsc#1208900 and bsc#1215134 except that this time wireless-regdb is installed by default. What is even more confusing is that openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-XFCE-raspberrypi.aarch64-2024.09.02-Snapshot20240911.raw.xz is working fine. I am running both OS versions on the same device, kernel version is the same and firmware packages are the same, except the one mentioned in my first comment. No addional USB hubs or disks are attached. I don't know how NetworkManager is working, but I think wpa_supplicant should not be an issue here. Both OS's are using same wpa_supplicant version. On working system (openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-XFCE) package was out-of-date. Once I updated it I started to see the error and device fails to connect to AP. Let me try again to be sure. 2ad4e1ad wifi: brcmfmac: cfg80211: Handle SSID based pmksa deletion fixes this issue and the workaround with 'brcmfmac.feature_disable=0x82000' is not needed anymore.
And if I'm not mistaken this patch is in Tumbleweed
