Why isn't the dkms package installed by default when installing openSUSE?
I would say it is required to be able to install any kernel-modules/drivers
that are compiled on the machine at their install time.
No matter if the user is in UEFI-SB mode or not.
(You would also need the sbsigntools package to actually sign them after a
fresh build)
