Comment # 2 on bug 1228224 from Alexander Krupp

Re-assigning to Kernel as 

- I could narrow this down to a failure for the EFI secret key not being
available, even though CONFIG_EFI_SECRET_KEY=y, however

- the efi_secret module is not loaded on boot

- dracut force_driver+=" efi_secret " loads the module; no improvement

I'd appreciate someone knowledgeable to chime in here to avoid further search
