SP5 sources have newer kernel-firmware than /mounts/dist/install/SLP/SLE-15-SP5-Full-LATEST/x86_64/DVD1/Module-Basesystem/noarch/kernel-firmware-radeon-20221031-150500.1.1.noarch.rpm, so that might fix that part.
