The same I got (openSuSE Leap 15.4 x86_64, kernel 4.14.21-150400.22-default) in
a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ADA05.
https://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/IdeaPad/IdeaPad_3_15ADA05/IdeaPad_3_15ADA05_Spec.PDF

I have to constantly remove and load xhci_pci & xhci_hcd.

I'm looking for a fix.
