There is no archive of the old packages for Kernel:HEAD, unfortunately.

But now we've already moved to 5.16 final, let's check that again.
First off, please confirm that the problem happens with the current kernel in
OBS Kernel:stable repo, kernel-default-5.16.0-1.1.g487d6b3.x86_64.rpm.  (Note
that it's no Kernel:HEAD any longer.)

Once after confirming it's broken, install the corresponding kernel-vanilla
package, kernel-vanilla-5.16.0-1.1.g487d6b3.x86_64.rpm, boot with this kernel
(choose in GRUB menu), and check whether the problem is seen with this kernel
or not.
