I created modified openQA code [1], which installs my RPM [2]. where I just added your change [3] (branch users/pvorel/stable/bsc1205597). So far I haven't been able to trigger error on fixed kernel [4], but there were 2 failures on unfixed kernel [5]. I'll keep restarting it to see if it really fixed the problem.
