There are actually two kernel warnings: one is about the duplicated sysfs entry
for /bus/nvmem/devices/rmem0, while another is the firmware update timeout for
rpi.

Are both new warnings, or only the former?

In anyway, TW already moved to 6.1 kernel.  Could you verify whether the issue
still persists with the latest kernel or not?
