Manual suspend by "echo -n mem > /sys/power/state" causes the same effect.

I have two available kernels in the boot menu (5.8.14-1-default and
5.8.12-1-default) and they both cause the issue. The issue was also for sure
not present a few days ago. But I very rarely reboot, which means that I may
have updated the kernel several times before rebooting.

I can install an older version of the kernel and try it, if there is a
reasonably easy way to do this in tumbleweed (I'm checking)
