Comment # 4 on bug 1210163 from Rodney Baker

Installed kernel 6.2.8-1-default from TW history as requested, installed nvidia
kernel module via dkms, re-ran dracut again and rebooted into 6.2.8-1-default
with no issues. 

Tried again with version 6.2.9-1-default and now its working! Seems it was
indeed something with initramfs that is now resolved.
