the build log complains about xz and gzip at least. So probably some mismatch between kernel settings and what pesign-obs-integration supports? https://github.com/openSUSE/pesign-obs-integration/commit/b23d9018134eb505961917f165f9e39ff4829576 is in Factory and does something with that. So maybe worth a try to just link pesign-obs-integration from Factory into Kernel:stable:Backport to see if that fixes it before digging deeper.
