Try to install kernel-default-extra and kernel-default-optional in addition, just to be sure. That's what I've tested on T14s here. It's strange that WiFi doesn't work -- that should be irrelevant with the dock. You have the systemd script to reload ath11k at resume (as in bug 1207948), right?
