I reinstalled 15.3 to give it a try again on the same hardware. Now video is working fine, but the sound card doesnt. If I add snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0 as a grub parameter, the sound card output works but the microphone is not working. So I don't understand why you marked this as a duplicate of the bug 1180543. Let me know if there is anything I can do to have the microphone working also. Thank you,
