On my Dell Latitude 7280, the new 5.14 option CONFIG_WATCHDOG_HRTIMER_PRETIMEOUT causes all reboot, kexec, suspend to panic. Disabling that option makes it all work again. Provided it happens very late in the process, I don't know how to grab some logs. For the time being, I am going to turn the option off in master and stable. It remains to decide about 15-sp4.
