I've exported a DVD drive via iSCSI on a server running latest openSUSE 15.2:

targetcli ls

  o- xen-pvscsi ................................................... [Targets:

On client side I can see the drive:

lsscsi
[2:0:0:0] disk ATA WDC WD20SPZX-75U 1A01 /dev/sda
[3:0:0:0] cd/dvd HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GU90N A1C3 /dev/sr0

When trying to use it (e.g. via vlc or trying to do "mount /dev/sr0 /mnt") the
server just reboots after the DVD drive spinning up without any message on the
console.
