DVI failing journalctl -b and dmesg with chip ID: 1002:6779

Same thing with my AMD Caicos [Radeon HD 6450/7450/8450 / R5 230 OEM] vendor:
Dell driver: radeon v: kernel chip ID: 1002:6779. DisplayPort works as
expected, DVI port does not.
