With kernel 5.10, there is a new option CONFIG_CRYPTO_USER_API_ENABLE_OBSOLETE
which should be disabled to drop support of outdated cipher pieces.

The only known user would have been iwd/ell which are new enough already to not
require it anymore thanks to the following commits:
