No, as I don't know how to apply it.
However, I installed a kernel 5.10.12 from
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/tiwai:/bsc1180985/standard/
and it works.

However, with some help, I have meanwhile also tried 5.13~rc6 in which it is
supposed to be fixed from
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/standard/ and it
doesn't work either.
