Do you look for positive prove or negative one?

As for positive, yes, it can wake up monitor from standby.

As for negative, there was already the case, that both keyboards (USB+PS2) and
mouse could not trigger wake up.

Remark: it is not even problem about waking up monitor, simply keyboards are
completely non-responsive. I simply check ability to switch num lock. When they
are "stuck", numlock does not switch.
