This definitely also affects Opensuse 15.3. 

This kernel still is ok:
vmlinuz-5.3.18-59.27-default

The next one is not:
vmlinuz-5.3.18-59.30-default

A quick fix for this issue would be good, since the offending update is still
delivered via automatic updates.
