I've done further digging and found more information about the Bluetooth side of the issue: In the redhat buglist, there is talk about 'uncompressing' the firmware for bluetooth to work: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1960564#c14 as well as: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1957598#c9 unfortunately, I have no idea, what I'd need to do to uncompress it. And whether this even applies for Tumbleweed. it seems to be common knowledge though.
