What is the preferred way to get what the current frequency is on a CPU? My analysis above is done with `lscpu` however in another thread someone mentioned `cpupower frequency-info` which also lists the frequency. Both of these report to me very different trends; the former is more at 3700 MHz whilst the latter is more at 800 MHz at idle. Which of these is reporting things correctly?
