Well, the commit above is already included in 5.18, hence if you still see the
problem with 5.18.x, this isn't the exact fix.

Could you check with 5.19-rc kernel in OBS Kernel:HEAD?  I guess the bug still
remaining there.

If the problem is still in 5.19-rc, a possible fix would be the very recent
one:
