If the problem happens with only the kernel update, it's clearly a kernel
regression and must be addressed there.

I'm building a 6.2.7 kernel to identify whether the problem is already
introduced in 6.2.7 or not.  The kernel package is being built in OBS
home:tiwai:bsc1210111-6.2.7 repo.  Once after the build finishes, could you
install and verify, once after the build finishes (it may take an hour or so).

Meanwhile, I'm building another test kernel with the revert of block layer
patches found in 6.2.7.  *IF* the 6.2.7 kernel above shows the problem with
wrong UUIDs, please try the test kernel in OBS
home:tiwai:bsc1210111-6.2.7-revert, too.
