There are old kernel packages available in my OBS repos, e.g. home:tiwai:kernel:5.8 contains the last 5.8.x kernel package, and home:tiwai:kernel:5.9 contains the last 5.9.x. Judging from the date, the release in August had likely 5.8.x kernel, so check it at first. Download the kernel package from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/tiwai:/kernel:/5.8/standard/ and install it with "zypper install --oldpackage" option. Boot with it and test the BT. BTW, if you're using Secure Boot, disable Secure Boot in BIOS at first. The kernel packages above won't work with Secure Boot easily. I'm afraid that the old kernel won't show the BT either; in that case, this might be no kernel problem but something else. If it's a kernel problem (5.8.x or 5.9.x) works, we can start digging further in the kernel.
