I merged the patch from upstream to reduce the timeout to 20 seconds from 90 seconds. https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-wireless/patch/20230329162038.8637-1-kvalo@kernel.org/ At least this avoids the nasty kernel panic although it still takes time to get out of resume and the WiFi is still broken. The real fix still has to be worked on, of course.
