I tried out the build and when hibernating, it blacked the screen but then got stuck. I had to force power-off the laptop. So it's different behavior but still not working. I also read in the Arch wiki that someone is working on something in this git repo: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kvalo/ath.git/log/?h=ath11k-qca6390-bringup maybe that helps to solve the issue?
