I have observed the bug as described in the main kernel mailing list under: https://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-bluetooth/msg89995.html to be present in the current 5.12.10 kernel of OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. It leads to me being unable to hibernate the laptop.
