Same problem here. I reverted to 5.3.18-59.40.1 on my Microserver.

On my desktop with graphics card, I found out "nomodeset" helps, but on a
desktop I need working graphics. So I revrted, too. 

Maybe "nomodeset" is a workaround for the Microserver.
