When a new kernel (6.6 or later) is installed on Leap 15.5 system, dracut doesn't put the CPU microcode any longer, spewing Disabling early microcode, because kernel does not support it. CONFIG_MICROCODE_[AMD|INTEL]!=y The kernel dropped those kconfigs but has only CONFIG_MICROCODE=y since 6.6. Please take the upstream dracut fix for dropping this check to SLE15-SP5 / Leap 15.5 dracut package.
