Thanks for the input!

I've meanwhile tried the following:

1) Blacklisted ath11k and ath11k_pci, which disabled both Bluetooth(!) and
Wi-Fi on the official Tumbleweed 5.12.10 kernel. That still produced the same
error as shown before upon hibernation and, of course, hibernation also failed.

2) I built a kernel from
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kvalo/ath.git/snapshot/ath-202106151407.tar.gz
with the attached .config which produced a kernel where sound didn't work and
hibernation failed too.
The .config is based on the one included in the
kernel-default-devel-5.13~rc6-2.1.gb5e23d2.x86_64.rpm from the Kernel:HEAD
repository, with remaining questions answered as default.

However, I just realized that this snapshot probably contained the wrong
branch, so I'll try building another kernel directly from the repo on that
ath11k-qca930-bringup branch.
