Comment # 11 on bug 1187472 from
I went through all.

First, I misreported a part here: Bluetooth doesn't seem to work on any kernel,
also not on the official 5.12.10-1. rfkill reports hci0 as unblocked but the
KDE Plasma Bluetooth Manager won't let me enable it. Also bluetoothctl won't
show hci0 when using the list command.
For reference, dmesg shows the following output when greping for 'hci0':
[    9.724323] Bluetooth: hci0: setting up ROME/QCA6390
[   10.050898] Bluetooth: hci0: QCA Product ID   :0x00000010
[   10.050902] Bluetooth: hci0: QCA SOC Version  :0x400a0200
[   10.050903] Bluetooth: hci0: QCA ROM Version  :0x00000200
[   10.050904] Bluetooth: hci0: QCA Patch Version:0x00000d2b
[   10.050905] Bluetooth: hci0: QCA controller version 0x02000200
[   10.050907] Bluetooth: hci0: QCA Downloading qca/htbtfw20.tlv
[   10.992718] Bluetooth: hci0: QCA Downloading qca/htnv20.bin
[   10.993711] Workqueue: hci0 hci_power_on [bluetooth]

To the tests:

home:tiwai:kernel:5.10 -> I installed 5.10.16 from the repository and
hibernation works without blacklisting ath11k and/or ath11k_pci

home:tiwai:kernel:5.11 -> I installed 5.11.16 from the repository and
hibernation works neither with or without blacklisting ath11k and ath11k_pci.
