Regarding the Bluetooth issue: I looked around the web and there are conflicting reports. Unfortunately the XPS 13 9310 may come with 1 of 3 different Wi-FI/Bluetooth-combined controllers on board. And it seems like as of now Bluetooth won't work with the AX500.
