You can check our linux-next instead: https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/linux-next/standard/ (Provided it's such a long-lasting bug, nothing is expected to fix there.) But as I wrote, noone cares about i915+X much nowadays :/ (from my own experience, I myself had to switch to wayland for too many bugs in i915+X too). Sorry.
