After installing today's snapshot 20220625 I no longer can enter the encryption
password for my root partition easily, because I am left with a keyboard layout
other than German.

Reason seems to be:

systemd-vconsole-setup[226]: /usr/bin/loadkeys failed with exit status 1.
systemd[1]: Failed to start Setup Virtual Console.

which appears two times during boot.

systemctl start systemd-vconsole-setup

in the running system works, though:

systemctl status systemd-vconsole-setup
