Comment # 4 on bug 1204786 from Bechir BEN KAHLA

As I already said the issue is not systematic, so I was able to boot the system
with the Ethernet controller enabled.

In this case I no more see Network Mnagaer complaining about igc :

I will attach a supportconfig for the OK case where the system boots without
any problem
