(In reply to Takashi Iwai from comment #1) I'm unsure: If the kernel is "up" (after changing root) for more than 10 seconds, and then the system suddenly reboots, and after that there are *zero* logs to be found, what could it be? Unfortunately kdump wasn't installed by default. Also I wonder why the kernel would have a problem exactly when started for the first time.
