I've removed my blacklisting trick and 'unfortunately' have nothing more to
report. The console output remains the same but Bluetooth kept working for 5
consecutive boot cycles. As in booting with a full power off in between.

So it looks like the bug I had with Bluetooth is somehow already resolved in
that 5.13.12 kernel?

Also, hibernate worked and Bluetooth kept working after resume but still no
Wi-Fi after resume.
