Leap 15.3 should work and you can try Leap 15.3 kernel (that is identical with
SLE15-SP3) on your system.  The KOTD for SLE15-SP3 is found in OBS
Kernel:SLE15-SP3 repo.  Download and install kernel-default.rpm and
kernel-default-extra.rpm from there, and let us know whether it works better.

If it still shows the problem, we definitely fix it for SLE15-SP3/Leap15.3.

BTW, you can keep using TW kernel on Leap 15.2 system.  That's an oft-seen
usage pattern for new hardware, too.
