I installed the test kernel-default and kernel-default-devel. Zypper complains lack of dependency `kernel-devel` and nvidia drivers failed to link against it. I boot the test kernel without nvidia drivers and kernel oops is still there. BTW, I dump another copy of dmesg and hwinfo when 5.19.1-1-default boots successfully without blacklisting ucsi_acpi. Do you need these log files?
