Is this a regression from 5.9 kernel?  i.e. if you boot with 5.9 kernel with
the same rest, it works?

If yes (and if the latest 5.10.x still doesn't work), could you report it to
the upstream bug tracker, e.g. gitlab.freedesktop.org Issues?
