SOLVED! I removed the snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0 from grub. I installed sof-firmware-1.6-1.1.noarch.rpm from here: https://software.opensuse.org//download.html?project=openSUSE%3AFactory&package=sof-firmware#directopenSUSE Now both sound output and microphone works! Still need to have touchpad and trackpoint working and Lenovo E14 compatibility with 15.3 is 95% solved. Thanks!
