Thanks.  It doesn't seem like an influence from other device, as the frame
buffer is (re-)initialized solely by i915 driver.
Maybe we need more detailed logs from the DRM.

Could you get the kernel log (dmesg output) with drm.debug=0x1e and
log_buf_len=8M boot options?  You can compress the log before uploading.
