We've been discussing (on MicroOS Desktop chat channels) how to deal with this.
Enabling soft dependencies is apparently a no go, nor we want firmware-all in
there.

So I'll probably add the most obvious network firmware packages to the onlyDVD
pattern (which definitely includes iwlwifi) and see if this fixes this issue.
