Environment information
I frequently put my PC to sleep and hibernate.
For at least two, times in last 20 days, KDE Plasma frozen in lock "screensaver
mode" screen when restoring.
The virtual terminal (TTY) still working normally while Plasma is frozen. I
tried to restart Plasma (systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell.service),
but execution timed out.
A regular reboot make things back to normal.
