I just moved through the kernel-default-6.10.x in the Slowroll update repo: https://download.opensuse.org/update/slowroll/repo/oss/x86_64/ I moved all the way back to kernel-default-6.10.3 (the oldest 6.10.x kernel in that repo), and they all showed the problem.
