Hm, then you need to clarify which dmesg lines belong to which timing.  I
interpreted the lines about logitech things as the hotplugged events with KVM,
but maybe it wasn't.

That is, please identify whether the USB hotplug events get triggered by
re-plugging to KVM.  e.g. run "dmesg -w" on a terminal, then unplug the
keyboard, and re-plug over the KVM.  Which events are logged at which timing?
